  To make these easy treat bags for a childs birthday you need:  
     
  Ice cream cones  
  White chocolate pieces  
  Sprinkles  
  candy treats  
  cellophane bags  
  ribbon  
     
  Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler. Dip ice cream cones to coat the top of the cone. While the chocolate is still hot on the cone dip the cone into sprinkles to coat the rim. Let cool. Fill each cone with candy treats and place in a cellophane bag and decorate with ribbons.  
     
  This idea was from my nieces 2nd birthday party! Happy Birthday Gracie!
