  Dill Sauce- Recipe from Chris Conroe, Tx  
     
  Onions  
  Mushrooms  
  1/2 stick butter  
  Fresh dill  
  Heavy whipping cream  
  Parmesan cheese  
  Salt/pepper  
     
  Saute onions and mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter melted. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the onions and mushrooms. Pour heavy cream into mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce becomes thick. Serve over grilled salman or pasta.
