  Easy Eggs  
     
  1 lb. sausage cooked and drained  
  1 doz. eggs beaten  
  3/4 c milk  
  salt/pepper to taste  
  4 oz. drained and chopped green chilies(optional)  
  1 c grated cheese  
     
  Combine eggs and milk and cooked sausage. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinle with chilies then cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until eggs are set about 20-25 min. Serve warm.
