  Egg Tortilla  
     
  1 doz. corn tortillas  
  4 eggs  
  1/3 c cooking oil  
  salt/pepper  
     
  Break up tortillas into pieces about the size of a quarter. Heat oil and fry pieces until crispy. Add eggs and salt/pepper to taste.
