	Grandma's Freezer Ice Cream- 1 gal.
	Combine:
	6 eggs slightly beaten
	1 c sugar
	1 c white corn syrup
	1/2 pint whipping cream
	1 can eagle brand milk
	2 T vanilla
	optional:
	6 mashed bananas
	1 tall can crushed pineapple
	1 carton strawberries
	It takes about 2 1/2 lb rock salt and 2 bags of crushed ice.
	Mix ingredients and pour into freezer can. Add milk to can to the marked fill line. Place assembled electric freezer can in tub. Do not add ice or salt until can has been revolving about 2 min. Distribute about 3 inches of ice, then a portion of salt, then more ice and salt. Alternate until level with top of can. If ice cream has not finished in 30 min. add more salt. When finished take out dasher. Put waxed paper on top then lid. Pack with additional salt and ice. Cover with heavy towel for insulation until ready to serve. Serve & Enjoy!!
