c quick oats uncooked |

c walnuts or pecans |

Heat
oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Combine
crisco, sugar, egg, milk, vanilla, in a large bowl.
Beat at med. speed with mixer until |

blended.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix into |

creamed
mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls
onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min. |
