	Strawberry Crepes
	Crepes:
	2/3 cup flour
	1/2 tsp salt
	3 eggs
	1 cup milk
	Combine ingredients to make batter for the crepes. Pour 1/4 cup of batterin a lightly greased hot skillet and tilt skillet to coat the bottom to make a thin crepe. Cook until lightly browned. Turn to other side to brown.
	Filling:
	2-8 oz. packages cream cheese
	1/4 cup sugar
	1 tsp vanilla
	2 tsp milk
	Combine ingredients and spread each crepe with 1-2 tsp of filling. Roll upcrepe and place in dish. Serve with warm strawberries (frozen container)and topped with cool whip.
	Variation-
	For a cheesecake type crepe, fill crepes, place in baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min. Top with strawberries and cool whip.
