Cover
the outside of a tortilla with butter. Place on
griddle butter side down. Spread bean dip on the
top side. Place a slice of cheese on top of the
bean dip and cover with picante sauce. When the
cheese begins to melt remove from griddle and fold
tortilla in half to form taco shape.Tortilla should
be lightly brown on the bottom. Serve with sour
cream or quacamole.. |
